• Uchechukwu will confirm product availability, provide your delivery fee based on your state, and send you a complete order total.
• You make payment via bank transfer. Your order is confirmed the moment payment is received account details are provided at this stage.
• Your fragrance is carefully packaged and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

What happens during a consultation:

• You fill in the Fragrance Finder form sharing your preferences — fragrance families you love or hate, occasions you wear fragrance for, projection and longevity preferences, budget, and any fragrances you already own or have tried.
• Uchechukwu personally reviews your profile and cross-references it against the current inventory and her broader fragrance knowledge.
• Within 24 to 36 hours, you receive a thoughtful response, typically via WhatsApp or email with specific recommendations, reasons why each scent suits your profile, and guidance on whether a decant or full bottle is the right starting point for each.
• You can ask follow-up questions, share feedback on the recommendations, and refine until you feel genuinely confident before purchasing anything.

Bravion Resources currently accepts bank transfer only. This is the most secure, traceable, and fraud-resistant method for both parties, and is how the majority of trusted personal shopping businesses operate in Nigeria.

Here is exactly how the payment process works:

• After you confirm which fragrance(s) you want, Uchechukwu will provide a full order total the product price plus your delivery fee to your specific location.
• Bank account details are provided at this stage. You make a direct bank transfer for the full amount.
• Once payment is confirmed (usually within minutes to a few hours), your order status moves to confirmed and preparation begins.
• Your fragrance is dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

There are no card fees, platform surcharges, or hidden charges. The total you are quoted is the total you pay. Nothing more.

All sales at Bravion Resources are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been confirmed and the product has been dispatched from our location.

We hold this policy because every fragrance we sell is personally verified as authentic and accurately described before listing. We invest real time in the consultation and ordering process to ensure you feel confident and well-informed before purchasing, which is why we strongly recommend using the free Fragrance Finder or requesting a decant first if you are uncertain about a full bottle.

The one exception, damaged or incorrect items:

• If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and product.
• If an incorrect item was sent due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
• Each case is reviewed individually and resolved fairly, whether that is a replacement, a partial refund, or another arrangement we agree on together.
