Our Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order with Bravion Resources. By completing payment for any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy.

If you have any questions about this policy before placing an order, we encourage you to contact us first. Uchechukwu responds personally to all enquiries within 24 to 36 hours and is happy to provide further information about any product before you commit to purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Bravion Resources — whether for new sealed bottles, decants and samples, or pre-loved bottles — are final sales. Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We offer decants and samples specifically to allow customers to experience a fragrance before investing in a full bottle. If you are uncertain about a scent, we encourage you to order a decant first or contact us for a personalised recommendation.

2. When We Will Review a Case

While all sales are final as a general policy, we recognise that exceptional circumstances can arise. We will review your case on an individual basis if any of the following applies:

• Your order arrived damaged: if a product was damaged in transit and arrives in a condition that makes it unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs documenting the damage. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
• An incorrect item was sent: if you received a product that does not match what was confirmed in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item received. We will arrange the correct item to be sent or provide an appropriate resolution.

Requests made outside the 48 hour window following delivery will not be eligible for review. The 48 hour period begins from the time of confirmed delivery as indicated by our courier's tracking records.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not covered by our returns or refund review process:

• Change of mind after purchase confirmation and dispatch.
• Fragrance scent preferences — all fragrance descriptions are provided in good faith and represent the product accurately. We encourage consultation before purchasing to reduce the risk of dissatisfaction.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services. Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier and are outside our direct control.
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
• Pre-loved bottles — all pre-loved products are clearly described and photographed prior to sale, including remaining volume and condition. No returns are accepted on pre-loved items unless an incorrect item was sent.
• Decants and samples — due to the nature of decanted products, all decant sales are final and no returns are accepted unless the incorrect product was sent.
• Opened or used products.
• Products claimed to be damaged where photographic evidence is not provided within the 48 hour window.

4. How to Report a Problem

If your order falls within the circumstances described in Section 2 of this policy — damaged on arrival or an incorrect item — please follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Reach out via WhatsApp at +234 909 063 7220 or email support@bravionresources.com. Do not dispose of the packaging or product before contacting us.
• Step 2 — Provide your order details. Include the product name, the date you placed your order, and your delivery address so we can locate your order record.
• Step 3 — Share clear photographs. Photographs must clearly show the condition of the product as received, including any damage to the bottle, packaging, or seal. If an incorrect item was sent, photograph the item received alongside the delivery documentation.
• Step 4 — Wait for our review. Uchechukwu will review your case personally and respond within 24 to 36 hours with a proposed resolution.

All resolutions are at the discretion of Bravion Resources and are assessed on a case by case basis. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly and promptly.

5. Payment and Dispatch

All orders require full payment via bank transfer before dispatch. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Account details are provided at the time of order confirmation.

Products are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of our courier partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location worldwide.

Bravion Resources does not hold products on reservation without confirmed payment. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, your reservation will lapse and the product may become available to other customers.

6. Pre-loved Products — Additional Notes

Pre-loved fragrance bottles are sold as described. Each pre-loved listing clearly states the original bottle size and the approximate remaining volume at the time of listing. Pre-loved products may show normal signs of use consistent with their described condition.

By purchasing a pre-loved product, you acknowledge that you have read the product description, understand the condition and remaining volume, and accept the product on that basis. No returns are accepted on pre-loved items except in the event that an incorrect item was sent.

7. Authenticity

Bravion Resources sources exclusively authentic niche and luxury fragrance products. Every product we carry has been personally verified by Uchechukwu Anah. We do not knowingly stock, sell, or represent counterfeit or unauthorised products. If you have a genuine concern about the authenticity of a product you have received, please contact us immediately with full details and we will investigate the matter thoroughly.
